Ihanktonwan Community College (ICC) maintains an "open" admissions policy wherein any applicant who has earned a high school diploma or GED certificate may be accepted for admission.  Any person who wishes to be admitted to the College must complete and submit an enrollment application packet through the Admission’s Office.  ICC is committed to a policy of nondiscrimination in all practices the rendering of educational services to students and its treatment of persons applying for admission to the College.  

​The College does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, age, or any other extraneous consideration not directly related to employment performance or student status. Furthermore the College does not deny access to an otherwise qualified applicant or student on the basis of the applicant's or student's mental or physical handicap.
